How much does shipping cost?
Absolutely nothing! All U.S. BEEF products are shipped at no additional cost.
What is wet-aged beef?
Wet aging is a process in which beef is aged in its own juices in a cry-vac
seal and stored in a controlled environment to increase tenderness
and develop its flavor.
How long will my meat last in the freezer?
Due to the special cry-vac vacuum seal, the meat will last in your freezer for full year. For optimal results, use within six months.
Explain your guarantee.
We guarantee our products for taste, tenderness, and against freezer burn for a full year. Should you become dissatisfied with any of your items purchased, refer to the Contact an Authorized Distributor page to schedule an exchange of that item.
Where does your beef come from?
A cow—just kidding. All our beef is corn- and grain-fed from the Midwest, and packed at our plant located in Texas.
Can I purchase only one item or do I have to purchase a variety package?
In order to optimize value for our customers we sell our products in wholesale quantities in a carefully selected assortment to provide a lower cost per portion while offering a variety of products.
How long have you been in business?
U.S. BEEF products have been proudly distributed nationwide since 1988.
How do I know these products are safe for my family?
All of our products are packed in a USDA authorized facility and have been inspected. The cry-vac seal insures safe handling.
